What is Turkish Coffee ?

Turkish coffeeis a important traditional culuture in Turkey .It is far more than a morining drink ,is full of tradition that’s been carried down through the ages from ancestor to ancestor. Because it’s prepared using a unique method that result in a robust flavor.To make Turkish coffee, combine finely ground coffee beans with water and sugar and heat until a thick froth builds.

If you want to learn more about the turkish coffee cluture , we often see a tool which be called cezve . Cezve is a small long-handle pot with a pouring lip designed specifically to make the turkish cofee . It is made of brass or copper at the begining. Now cezveler are also mede rom stainless steel ,alumium or ceramics. History of Coffee

The story all began when two Syrian traders first brought coffee to Istanbul in 1555. It became a fundamental part of the Ottoman court’s extensive ceremonies.
